It's All In Your Mind

It all starts in your mind, no matter what it is you want to achieve in life, what makes you happy, or how you hope things are going to turn out, it all starts with your mind. That is to say that your mind and your mindset more specifically, is responsible for how successful you are in any given career or pursuit, how others see you, your health, your physical strength, and even how happy you are or what you have accomplished. Any change you want to create in your life starts with the decision to make that change. That means all change must come from within. It is then your conviction about that change that ensures you're able to accomplish it, your planning, your determination and finally, it is your perception of that change that determines whether or not you are content with it.


People who are truly committed to what they want to achieve are more likely to get exactly what they want. Simply having that conviction and belief that you can and will succeed is

often enough to draw people to you that will increase your chances of success. When you are truly driven and when you have complete faith in yourself, you exude passion and confidence which inspires others and convinces them to take risks on you, Everyone has the ability to achieve the things that they want in their life. But do you have the commitment and the will to work on transforming the mind to align it with those things so that you can actually get what you want? That's the question I want you to think about this week. Think about

your goals, the things that you want to achieve. Is your will and determination strong

enough to achieve those things? If not, what can you do to help you grow in those areas? This week is all about growth, it's the new beginning and it's also a new moon coming up on Wednesday. This is a perfect time for you to work on doing things different so that you

Last week was an amazing week. We kicked off the week starting the mental alchemy series.

On Monday, I talked about what mental alchemy is. It is simply transforming your mind Friday, I started talking about the functions of the mind. I talked about your mind, the recorder. When you know the mind and its functions then you can work towards changing it.

This week, I'm going even deeper into those functions. Today's conversation is about the conditioning or the program in mind. Friday, we're gonna be talking about Your mind the projector, I'm so ready for that one! Wednesday, We're gonna have a new moon meditation

and report in cancer. And on Thursday, I have a special guest, I have Elocin Nedrah, she's also called The Modern Day Sage. She will be discussing the importance of spiritual hygiene and how that ties in with your mental health.
